From Grief, Loss & Emptiness...

To Fit & Fulfilled Fitness & Lifestyle Mentor

In 2011, Stacey's mother passed away from Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma, a cancer that destroys the body's white blood cells & eliminates the immune system's ability to fight disease. Grief-stricken, the young 17-year-old Stacey was ready to throw in the towel on his dreams. However, his family & friends continued to help guide him towards his promising future. Two weeks following his mother's death, Stacey was a full-time student enrolled at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. He was faced with two choices. Allow his mother's death to crush his spirit & give up, or use the lessons she instilled in him & persevere towards his goals. He chose the latter. Stacey rose to the challenges of the prestigious academic institution while carrying out his responsibilities as a student-athlete on the Men's Gymnastics Team. Through purposeful work, persistence, & grit, Stacey completed his Undergraduate studies to earn his Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology, while being a vital member of the Back-To-Back Big Ten Conference & NCAA Championship winning Men's Gymnastics Team (2013 & 2014).

As graduation approached, Stacey felt as if he had no clearly defined purpose, but he had massive aspirations. Raised in a lower-class family, he learned how to turn his biggest obstacles into his biggest stepping stones. He left for Austin, TX in pursuit of an opportunity that looked promising. Not even 9 months later Stacey felt a deep discomfort & anxiety with the life path that he was on. Stacey left his desk job to coach gymnastics, hoping that was the outlet for his calling. Wrong, yet again. The opportunity presented itself for Stacey to become a WWE/NXT Superstar & he lept at the opportunity to perform. However, he quickly found out that his purpose was not to be fulfilled there either.

That’s when Stacey’s life began to crumble under the many unfulfilling demands of his life & work.

Following several nagging injuries, & a wake-up call of a match in which he was almost paralyzed & concussed, Stacey realized that he was not living his purpose, therefore not living to his highest potential. Stacey knew himself, & knew he didn't want to waste his skills, talents, & life on something that would not create personal fulfillment, & a lasting impact on other people.

Stacey went through an extensive & intensive period of purpose-discovery. That is when Stacey discovered the world of fitness & lifestyle mentoring, & instantly saw an opportunity to live out his purpose & transform the lives of others for the better. He understood that he had the experiences, credentials, & knowledge to start helping people who wanted to create their best lives, too.

Stacey grew his fitness & lifestyle mentoring business very quickly. People started taking notice. In 2019, Stacey left WWE & began focusing on his fitness & lifestyle mentoring business full-time.

Today, he runs a fitness & lifestyle mentoring business with his team members and helps clients from all over the world.

He has experienced the process of creating a healthy & fit lifestyle, discovering happiness, & creating purpose, & has devoted his works to help others achieve the same in their lives.

"When a client gets a breakthrough, achieves a new level of fitness that they've never thought possible, or finds their happiness, I feel like we've both won! It's the feeling of seeing someone else succeed that makes me understand the value of the impact we can have on someone else's life."
